If the dog disturbs other guests by barking, the guest will be asked to leave with the dog. No refunds and non-negotiable. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged at check in. “The complimentary coffee, tea and lemon water at the lobby is greatly appreciated. The bed is comfortable. There is enough space and the bathroom has water heater. The location is also perfect since it is accessible to all the tousist spots and there are near public parkings around the hotel. It’s near the union sqaure so there is also a lot of restaurants around.”

“The location was excellent. We usually like a room on a high floor for the view but as we were only staying one night, we just took the room with a king bed (excellent bed) but on arrival we were actually on the 10th looking out onto Union Square, great! Staff were very friendly.”
