“Everyone was very nice and helped me move rooms downstairs so I didn't have to go up narrow stairs. While they were very nice, I returned back one late afternoon to find the housekeeping pass key hanging in the lock of my unlocked door with no one caring for the room as if they'd intended to do so but just forgot. This left all of my possessions exposed to theft, including my passport! When I returned the key and inquired as to what was going on they said thanks but offered no explanation. BTW, the cleaning staff had already left for the day.”
