“All the staff we came across were really very friendly and helpful. We even left a sentimental birthday card behind in our room and when we rang the hotel enquiring about it, the housekeeping staff had already left it at reception.... my friend was also diabetic and when we arrived late into the hotel, the bar man kindly made her toast without any fuss...will stay there again for sure..”
