“The free supper, 24 hours free flow of refreshments, cakes and ice-cream and free use of laundry facilities and bicycles were superb and indicative of the hotel's philosophy of providing the best for their customers. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Kaohsiung!”

“All the personnel I encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The front desk was welcoming and so were the people in the restaurant. I requested a quiet room and the hotel was very accommodating. The room I had was amazingly quiet and peaceful so I really appreciated that. The "free snacks" were wonderful! The breakfast and evening meals were very tasty. The lobby had free coffee, ice cream, cakes and noodles as well, to enjoy at any time. There were free washing machines and dryers too. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. I was at the hotel for 5 nights and would definitely stay there again if I return to Kaohsiung!”

“I chose this hotel because I was curious when I read that they provide free and excellent supper. The free supper did not disappoint in quality indeed! The service provided by the hotel staff at the restaurant is excellent. They are friendly and always ready to help. Apart from the supper, the hotel shows its generosity in many different ways. I have never encountered a hotel, not even 5-stars hotels that burnt a big hole in our pocket, that provides free ice-cream, cookies, cereals, and hot drinks at its reception area!! They also reminded guests that additional bottles of mineral water could be freely requested, and thoughtfully provided free washing machines, dryers together with washing detergent, and also hot/cold water dispenser at the corridor. The facilities and service truly live up to the name of the hotel, and I wish there are more hotels that are like this one.”

“They manage to let us check in once we reach the property at 12pm even though the actual check in timing is at 3pm. We have booked for two rooms and they thoughtfully arrange a adjacent room for us. Their bathroom is very well equipped with bidet toilet system! There were even supper provided by the hotel which adds on some wow factor for us. The selection is wide including noodles, fruits and dessert. It is just less than 10 mins walks to shopping centre and train station. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to other traveler too!”
