“Great location and on site parking (which is why I chose this particular hotel). Street parking in Charleston is nigh impossible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had good lighting.”
“Everything! Staff friendly and eager to please. Everyone smiled. New carpet throughout Inn. Granite countertops, fluffy white towels that did not smell like bleach, white throw rug at sink, lovely white, quilted bedspreads, minifrig, excellent nighttime lighting in room, cheese and crackers in late afternoon, tea and fresh chocolate chip cookies at 8 pm. Sitting area on second floor is very warm and inviting. Breakfast not worth the price, unless you order a la carte. I had a scrambled egg; it was okay. My husband had pancakes. They were light and fluffy and good. Service very slow. Love underground parking. Great location. Many restaurants near. A pamphlet giving instructions for using everything available in the room. What a great tool for a guest.”
