“The bed was so comfortable and the room blocked out the light. We slept the best thus far on our 2 week Europe trip. The location was between the lake and the train station, which was convenient for us. The staff, however, was the highlight. It would seem that it wouldn't matter if the accommodations were already nice, but the staff was warm and happy to help, whether it was to loan us a wine opener or to store our luggage. We were only joking partially in saying that we would probably not have liked the 4 seasons any more than this place.”

“The staff that were present were probably the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered (Nadia I think her name was). Incredibly friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean, very quiet and very Red. The building was maintained well and it stood out well on an otherwise unremarkable street”
