“The whole area is very quiet and relaxing. Many different types of onsen. Food is very nice and different menus to choose...staffs are very friendly and helpful. The environment is good for family with children or couples.”

“The staff were so thoughtful. In the true spirit of omotenashi, our needs were met very intuitively. I actually came to the ryokan to propose to my partner. They dealt with the delivery of the flowers discretely to not spoil the surprise and the duty manager came to take our photo especially during dinner. The food was delicious and the property was an oasis of nature. Being summer in the wooded area, there were some insects around in the room etc but that didn't bother us. It was such a lovely weekend and, he said yes!”

“非常满意的一次住宿。酒店地点不是在旅游区，非常安静，周围的当地人也很可爱。酒店设施老，但服务细节非常好，从洗澡时穿的罩衣做了加厚的版本，到不同时段提供的免费烤红薯、拉面、牛奶，鼓励儿童和酒店饲养的小兔子互动，房间里的按摩椅、咖啡研磨机，可以看出旅店主人非常不怕麻烦、无微不至、与时俱进，我觉得这才是日式酒店的精神所在。”
