“Ease of access using public transport. The RB23 train from Schoenfeld Airport to Potsdam stopped at the Pirschheide station at the rear of the hotel ( 5 min walk ). Station is pretty run down not the place to arrive in the dark . Runs every hour so perfect for arriving and departing from / to the airport . ( 3.20 Euros for Single ticket ) The 91 tram also runs every 15 -20 mins into Potsdam. The 91 tram takes 18mins into the main train station at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof where you can connect to other trains /trams. Brilliant value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially the staff in the blue sky lounge / bar .The Bar meals were excellent and good value.”
“Rooms are tiny. We are a family of 5 and it felt claustrophobic The hotel is severely understaffed. I don't care if it is not high season, but the cafe at the lobby should work from morning, not from 3 pm.”
