“The views from the hotel's terrace and from our room was unforgettable. The remote location of the hotel adds to its charm. It's a gem on top of a quiet hill overlooking Lake Lugano. The staff was very friendly and helpful and very well mannered. We were offered a room with a view to the lake although we had paid for a room with a garden view (which is very nice as well). There are 4 pools to choose from, 2 of which are outside, so you are spoilt for choice at the SPA as well. At breakfast the smoothies and the pastries were amazing, while the the salmon and the watermelon were delicious. An excellent breakfast, overall.”
