The Spa Resort Shuttle bus departs only once a day.<br>Schedule:<br>From near Shinjuku Station (in front of the Shinjuku Centre Building): 10:00. Please be at the departure point at 09:45.<br>Arrives at the hotel: 13:30<br><br>From hotel: 15:00<br>Arrives at Shinjuku Station: 18:30<br><br>The Shinjuku Station departure point is in front of the Shinjuku Centre Building along the Chuo-dori Street, a 10-minute walk from the West Exit of Shinjuku Station.<br><br><yubatake Shuttle Service><br>Shuttle service to/from Yubatake is offered by the property between 08:00 - 21:00, approximately every 30-minutes. Please contact the property directly for more details.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Kusatsu Now Resort Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. “Amazing hot spring bath within hotel facility. There is classic dry sauna too! Bath (ofuro) are consist of 3 big indoor baths and two big outdoor. They are gender separated. Bufet style all you can eat is OK. Hotel staff can somehow speak English.”

This added to the general atmosphere. - The onsen is medium sized, with good use of space and several different pools. There is also an sauna and jacuzzi after 2pm. - Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had good selections and all of the food tasted great. - The direct bus from Shinjuku is extremely convenient, especially if you have luggage. - There is another bus that frequently goes directly to nearby Kusatsu town, which has free onsen, restaurants and shops.”
