“The younger gentlemen that checked us in originally was wonderful! The room was larger than expected and comfortable, but when we returned later that evening we were disappointed with the night shift desk clerk, we were told just to pay upon check out he was so nice and helpful and then when we arrived back from dinner to the other gentlemen we were bombarded he was extremely rude and insisted that we paid him right now and then made a bit of a scene it was embarrassing and I wouldn't return just for that reason!!!!!!!! ”
