“The hotel is right in the center of Janské Lázně, so you are everywhere in a minute. Room size was above our expectations, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom looks like it was completely new and very well equipped.”

“Mir hat nichts gefallen. Habe dies in 30 Jahren nicht erlebt. Das Htel nur von aussen gesehen. Die Suche nach der Rezeption nahm Stunden in Anspruch. Ort voll von Leuten mit dem Problem. Rezeption mühsam gefunden. Der Meldeschein scheint das wichtigste zu sein. Personal voll verbloedet. Habe kurz überlegt und habe auf 90,- Eur verzichtet, ab 6 h nach Hause. Eigentlich wollte ich fröhlich in Thermalwasser baden. So etwas können sie nicht anbieten.”
“Pokoj byl velmi čistý, moderně a vkusně zařízený. Snídaně pestrá, vajíčka na různé způsoby, ... Výborné umístění - pouze v županu až do bazénu.”
“Po dvou letech jsme se vrátili a ubytovali se v lázěňském hotelu Terra. Opravdu velmi zdařilá rekonstrukce celého interiéru. A ty snídaně! Samá chvála, podávali se dobroty ( vajíčka v několika variantách, sýry, různé druhy kvalitní šunky, ovoce, zelenina, ale i jogurty, koláčky, káva, čaj, džus...) Personál velmi ochotný a vstřícný.”
“Hotel se nachází v pěkném prostředí, personál - pokojská či zaměstnanci jídelny byli vstřícní. K lanovce, k lesu a do okolních turistických míst ( Vrchlabí, Špindlerův Mlýn ) to bylo na dosah. Nejvíce nás však nadchlo čisté ovzduší a krásná příroda.....”

“Z venku historická budova, uvnitř moderně a vkusně zařízené pokoje s TV a minibarem. V hotelu byl vždy klid. Dvě hodiny v bazénu denně zdarma. Parkování za závorou. Jánské lázně mají výbornou polohu pro dovolenou v Krkonoších.”
