“The buffet breakfast, which is included in the rate, is the best in Bacolod. However, many of the dishes are not kept in a warm condition and are not replenished when they run out. Security is excellent! The rooms are comfortable, with a wide selection of TV channels. ALL employees were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Due to the central location, it was easy to get taxis. The L'Kaisai Japanese Restaurant, just a couple of blocks down the street, is owned by the hotel, and is truly excellent.”
