“Room was clean but very small with view of alley. Bathroom was normal size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and bar were nice.”
“The room was nicely furnished with sleek furniture and the bathroom was very modern and also contained a deep soaking tub that is quite luxurious. I wish I had time to take a bath! I also enjoyed that the room had very high ceilings which almost made up for the fact that there was a tiny window in the room that offered absolutely no natural light making the room feel a bit claustrophobic. The hotel's lobby bar and restaurant were still in their final phases of completion and I didn't get to experience either - but there seemed to be a lot of staff members prepping for opening every time I walked in and out of the hotel.”
“Great hotel! The staff was vary nice and helpful. The hotel is in the making, still have construction work.. so they shouldn’t take the full payment. Anyway it was great and we liked it a lot!”
“Fabulous hotel right off Herald Square. Beautiful renovated rooms. Staff lovely. Shower amazing. ”
“Room was spacious, clean and WiFi was good. Close to penn station.”
“The beds. After a long day of travelling we all had the comfiest of sleeps.”
“Everything here was so great. Staffs were nice. Room was nice and clean. Facilities are nice. What I really liked about was the structure of the room. For me, it looks more like an apartment than a hotel room, which is what I prefer.”
“The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful but not practical or comfortable at all. Centrally Located, close to 5th avenue. Water available on a few levels”
“I really loved the size of my room and the style. One of the largest I've had in NYC. It was really comfortable, but I thought it was lacking sunlight. It stayed pretty dark throughout my stay.”
“The place was comfortable and fine for someone staying alone. I almost felt like I had my own apt for the weekend. The design of the rooms were really cool and I liked the bathrooms. Loved how high the ceilings were and the space was adequate for NYC. Felt safe and comfortable for most of my stay.”
