“This hotel i one of a kind. Straight out to the sea - on the cliffs - an amazing view! The pool area i lifted so you cam enjoy the view over the sea. The rooms at spaceios and really nice with a seating area to the sea. The staff: Wow!! Everybody's smiling and will help you in any way. I was a day late (my own fault) but the manager didn't charge me for that day - and on top she upgraded me (I think she thought I needed it since I've been walking for 8 days) Fantastic!!! If you ever go to Zanzibar - you HAVE to visit this hotel!!”
“Great place with an amazing view. Very calm and quiet so it's easy to relax. Friendly and very helpful staff. The snorkeling tour with fish BBQ was definitely my favourite. Never had such good fish. The hotel just reopened and has several things to fix still, but what do you need except the ocean to your feet?”

“The hotel recently had re-opened with new local staff and managed by Ingela, a really nice sweedish woman we spent some chats with. The view from the swimming pools is awesome and the seaside is amazing, especially when on low tide you get a chance to walk among little "pools" where you see fish, starfish, crabs, and the locals on the hunt for preys. Beautiful sunsets, when the low tide water shines like a second sky. The room was nice and clean and large enough, bathroom and shower also. There is not pretty much around but two small villages (1km and 4km away) you can walk to and take tours for Dolphins or Blue Safari (both totally a must!) or Jazani forest. Loved it cause it's not a crowded commercial touristic area!”
