We actually arrived earlier than expected and there was no problem with us gaining access to our room immediately.”

They were so helpful to my inlaws with helping them move to a handicapped room- while we were headed out. The staff did it all! They were always helpful at the front desk to what ever we needed. With a smile. The front desk treated us like we were staying at a 5 star hotel! Actually better... in many cases!”
