The cleaning chick was too busy talking on her phone to answer a question. One of the managers gave me very good written directions as driving there is confusing as heck.”
“The girl at the front desk, I think her name was Denise, had her computer crash and she was panicking trying to get in touch with a manager. She had two gentlemen talking back and forth across her but she remained calm and made sure getting me checked in was her priority. I arrived after a late flight and just wanted to go to bed. I assured her it was ok and to take her time, as I too, am in customer service. We made small talk about the Coastal Crystals, I believe they were called. Sweet girl. The driver to my location was also great. He stated he was moving to Florida soon but his customer service was top notch. And he was early!!!”
