“One of your employees at the front desk was rude and flippant with an attitude. She didn't seem to care when I brought it to her attention either. Your ice machine room is used a lot. I was there 7 days. There was a piece of bacon left inside the machine and something spilled on the floor the entire 7 days. There were some guys loitering near the back door on the outside drinking beer. I brought the situation to the same counter persons attention as above and she didn't see a problem with it. She needs to be terminated. She acted as if I worked for her.”
