“The bed was comfortable and I must say the one front desk lady, I can't remember her name but she had her hair in a ponytail and had dark eyebrows. She was working the evening shift, she was very nice and with all of the complaints from so many people she held it together and smiled and gave great customer service through it all. That was very pleasant, because it's not her hotel she just works there and she didn't take it personal at all! I appreciated it and I'm sure everyone else did as well.”
