“Arriving, we were shown to a room where the air was stuffed and without a functioning air-conditioner, on top of the laundry room which ment we could not open the window as humid air came up that way. Without the wonderful staff, finding an alternative when everything seemed fully booked and impossible, we would not have had such a great stay.”
