“Gabriella was the perfect hostess and a naturally born inn keeper Her helpful suggestions and ideas really helped craft our stay in the region. We wanted to hike from the inn and she maneuvered us to beautiful nearby off roads. Everything about the experience at Sarcina felt soft and cozy. The setting is just lovely and quiet, as well as very centrally located to quickly get to nearby towns. The bed was comfortable. The towels and sheets were fluffy. The breakfasts were displayed beautifully and offered many local delicacies.”
