“The bed was very comfy, the dinner ordered in my room was very good, everyone was friendly, but most of all the view of the lake was lovely to wake up to, AND, for feline lovers, there is a 'mascot' who likes to curl up in an armchair at the reception. That definitely made my evening, on my return from a tiring day. Oh, they were able to lend me an adaptor for my adaptor, as the Swiss have power outlets that don't always take the adaptors you buy at the airport. Also, the cleaning staff respected my Do Not Disturb sign, even when I left the room in the middle of the afternoon. Much appreciated.”

“The Hotel was modern, clean and easy to find the room. The staff were courteous but sometimes could be hard to get there attention to order extra drinks or food. The breakfast buffet was first class with a lot of variety. The room was good, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy access to park the car in the car park. We were given rail passes to get the train into Geneva which was easy as the station was just behind the hotel. WE chose to eat our evening meal in a restaurant down the road a little which was a top class venue over looking the lake.”
