“早餐非常符合小孩、長輩的口味；服務人員的態度很親切，撥打電話後幾分鐘內隨到。 孩子嬉鬧打破一個漱口杯，照規範需依市價賠償。當我們退房時告知櫃臺服務人員時，服務人員立即主動關心是否孩子的身體有任何受傷，並無提到賠償之事。服務人員告訴我們：打破東西時最重要的是身體有無受傷。 （我們給予服務人員極高的評價！）”
