Important Notice
- All guests are required to pay a USD 25.00 deposit. If paying by credit card, deposit will be refunded 3 to 5 business days after checkout.<br><br>The Hotel does offer Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from the Las Vegas Airport, however the Shuttle operates at the top of each hour from 7:00 until 22:00 on demand. When arriving for pick up, they request that you call them at 702 736 3600, once you have gathered your luggage, then they will send the shuttle at the top of the following hour. For drop off, the Hotel requests that you schedule this when you check in, or at least a day prior to your scheduled departure to the Airport.<br><br>Pick Ups are at either Terminal 1 Ground Level 0, or at Terminal 3 Ground Level 0 outside door 53<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“THEY DID NOT HAVE MY BOOKING.COM RESERVATION and it most certainly was not their fault. The concierge, Leo, was just great. He quickly found and registered a room for me and my baby in the middle of the night, and locked up the office in order to carry my suitcase upstairs. The room was clean and spacious, the wifi was great. Donuts, cereal and coffee in the morning are a plus. The morning staff was also very nice and chipper when I checked out.”
