“The logis is in the centre of the town in an attractive square and the owners were very kind and friendly, especially when we turned up in a large van and took up a lot of room in their car park. We arrived on an exceptionally hot afternoon - it was 36 degrees - and we greatly appreciated being able to use their swimming pool, which was a good size and in a garden setting with comfortable sun loungers around it. Our room was very tastefully decorated and was comfortable and spacious. The town of Blere was really quiet at night and so there was no noise disturbance.”
“A very nice hotel in the Loire Valley. Very friendly & helpful staff - going beyond the call of duty when we lost some items. A nice, recently renovated bedroom that was quiet and very comfortable. Easy to park at rear of hotel (follow the signs, not your Satnav). Last and not least a super restaurant onsite at reasonable prices. Nice for a short stay”
“The evening meal was particularly good and was of a high standard. The hotel opens on to a small square where it possible to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by after visiting any of the number of chateaux in the vicinity. There is a good enclosed free car park for residents. Our room was modern and well equipped, even to the extent that it had a large efficient fan with feedback control for which we were grateful as the temperature was in the high thirties.”
