“very comfortable place, great location and close to bus/train station. Large room with wonderfor Spa. Nice staff are always smiling.”
“When I walked in, the lobby looked plain and bland and cold, but the cafe looked like a cross of a Victorian living room that just bought out a vineyard. I don't know much about wines but I imagine they should be stored a bit better. The cafe was good a bit pricy but I guess that was the image. The service was very slow, but we probably arrived at a very odd hour when they had just completed the lunch service and were taking a break!! Now having said that I wasn't expecting much but was delighted when taken to my room. It was warm modern total comfort and not a single word to comment negatively. Perfect absolutely wonderful. The bath was spotless and magnificent. I would certainly go back and got value for every cent spent.”
“Rooms huge with great facilities. Beautiful bathroom and large tub if you don't want to use the onsen. The onsen was clean and the breakfast buffet very extensive and nice. The hotel was tastefully decorated and made me feel a bit like a princess.”

“チェックインの際、ソファに座って紅茶をいただきながら手続きできました。皆さん笑顔でとても親切な方ばかりでした。お部屋を無料でグレードアップしていただきました。 朝食がとても美味しかったです。 フロントの男性が紅葉の綺麗な雲場池を教えてくださり、とても綺麗な紅葉を楽しむ事ができました。ありがとうございました！是非、また泊まりたいと思います。”
