“Location of hotel was lovely downtown. The staff were all amazing- helpful and friendly from the parking attendants, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Historical aspects of this gorgeous building were maintained while the rooms were modern and well equipped. I had dinner outside, the food and wine was outstanding! And the fact they allowed my dog for a very reasonable fee - nothing could have made my stay any better!”
“Quiet, staff very very good, shuttle and driver perfect, felt safe at all times, river walk was down the street and wonderful walk. Free passes to the Tampa museum was very nice addition, Everything was top notch. Charlie, the hostess at breakfast was awesome along with the front desk, valet, shuttle driver,etc etc. Could you tell we loved it!!!!!!”
“The hotel is really charming and the whole building is really beautiful and gracious. The overall look is great. The coffee there is really good and the pool is lovely between 09.00-12.00 am. Some of the staff was really friendly but unfortunately i did not get their names.”
“The place is clean and kind of a cool setup-- an older building that's been updated. Everything in the hotel is clean and convenient and the restaurant and staff were great. If you're not in the mood to shell out cash for valet, there is a ton of street parking in the area. It was very walkable and I went on foot back and forth to the University of Tampa for a conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the downtown restaurants, many are walkable from the hotel. Safe and clean area, friendly staff, well kept place with big beds and really big showers. Would definitely do it again.”

“Staff was excellent. We were looking to get UBER to Bern's Steakhouse. Staff provided a free shuttle ride to Bern's Steak house. The Shuttle was awesome, multi-passenger Mercedes Benz van. Plan to return for concerts at Amele Arena.”
