“Unfortunately my son was admitted to hospital with a broken leg following a skiing accident. I had to fly out immediately. The staff were so kind . They provided me with food even though it was after 10pm and the kitchen was closed. They printed my return boarding passes, provided me with thermos flasks of hot water for my tea and much more. It was a very stressful time and I can't thank them all enough. The hospital staff on the other hand were not at all pleasant or kind. So if you find yourself in the same predicament as me and need some TLC then I recommend you stay here. Well done to all the staff and wishing you all a Happy 2017 xxx”
