For late arrivals after this time please ensure you call the reception desk before 21.30 to obtain the access codes.<br><br>Please note that the swimming pool is open from April to October, weather depending.<br><br>Please note that for the studios, the following additional fees apply:<br><br>-Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, guests can choose to bring their own or rent them on site for an additional fee of EUR 15 per person, per week. To be requested at the time of reservation.<br>-A EUR 250 damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

One feels as if staying with friends in a villa something out of 1920 rather than staying at a hotel. Welcoming hosts, with great concern for guests' well-being. Quiet area, convenience stores nearby.”

“The location is good if you have a car. The walk down to Santa Lucia for dinner was fine but not if you are not fit. The neighborhood you walk thru to get to many dinner options is beautiful... very expensive looking homes overlooking the water... The manager and his wife try very hard to be hospitable and you definitely feel welcome...”
