“Nice warm rooms, AMAZING location, right in the centre. Staff all very friendly and helpful, great food with room service, nice big comfy beds, great view over the square, quiet rooms and no annoying housekeeping.”
“Soon as we pulled up outside of the hotel we knew it was to a high quality. Walked into the reception and was greated by the hotel manager (I think) who was very pleasant and welcoming. We then went to our room (executive room) and we was amazed by the quality and high standard. Bathroom was also just as nice! I took the car to car park which is literally a minute away over the courtyard outside the hotel. We then got ready and went to the executive room which is an well worthwhile extra. Sofas, chairs and a tv, also at the back of the room were fridges full of becks, coron, wine and fizzy drinks. Before we arrived it looked like there had been some hot food/snacks. We also went to the 1881 bar downstairs which is just as welcoming. Unfortunately missed the breakfast which was included in the room price. Overall an excellent experience and can't recommend the hotel enough. Will definitely be stopping again sometime in the future.”

“We were only there for one night but were very impressed. The city centre location was great for us although we were glad we came by train. Not sure how easy it would have been by car and find parking. We had a meal in the Cast Iron bar & grill in the evening and had a really good meal. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”
