“A bit dirty (walls, bedding, bathrooms), but not that bad. Restaurant is not great - the food is bland and tasteless. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location”
“The reception staff was very helpful and spoke English, they even caked me a cab when I had to visit a friend on the other side of town so that was nice. I ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was perfectly prepared, well seasoned, and nicely presented.. but it does help to speak spanish while ordering as the restaurant staff speaks only limited English.”
“I was surprised to read a few negative reviews about this hotel: I thought everything was excellent! The location is great and right in the middle of Ushuaia, the staff was lovely and helpful and, although my room faced the street, I liked the view and I also thought it was very clean and with a super comfortable bed! The restaurant has a spectacular view too. I also used the laundry service and my clothes were washed and ready in a day. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“These guys were awful - i booked accidentally not realising the hotel was non cancellable and realised immediately after so reached out to the hotel explaining it was a mistake. They refused to refund me a single penny even though it was months beforehand so took a fortune from me for nothing.”
