“The design of this Hotel is beautiful, lovely reception, eating area, smoking area and bedrooms! We were decorating one of the guests room and while waiting for the cleaning crew to complete their duties noted what a thorough job they were doing of cleaning the rooms, sheets changed, all surfaces washed down, hoovering, etc. Really impressive service here. Francois especially is an absolute angel and plistened and assisted with all our requests with a smile!!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!”
