“Following a few years gap from staying at our favourite place due to injuries we returned to find a fantastic welcome from the same staff we have known for years. Ludo and all the staff make this place special, nothing is too much bother and everything is so relaxing. Beds were super comfy and spa great as usual. Food was fab and wine chosen by Ludo great. We will be back.”
“Everything was awesome, we liked the Relax&Spa area and we enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool. Very nice decoration and athmosphere of the entire hotel. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant are excellent.”
“We stayed here for 1 week having come across it randomly on booking.com - and we loved it! Ludovico and his team are so helpful, be it in usual daily tasks, or taking you to another resort if the weather doesnt suit or helping you out how to find your way if you wish to ski over to Zermatt. Food was amazing, the bar was so cool, lounge great place to relax. And facilities, oh boy, so nice, sauna, steamroom, outdoor jacuzzi, relaxation zone, etc etc. This place is not overly cheap, however, it is worth every penny, the best thing about is that it is not "fancy fancy" but it is so relaxing and you will feel like at home!”

“This stay was pure comfort and luxury in full style! The service was incredible! The hotel staff were friendly, authentic and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you LUDO! He offered us an early check in, helped us plan out ski routes and days out and then offered us a late check out so we could ski and have a shower on our last day before returning to the airport. The food was so delicious- more than 5 stars! The bar area with the big open fire was stylishly set up and perfect for an apres ski beer. And finally the spa was exquisite- there is a fabulous view from the sauna and the hot tub! If I could rate this hotel 11/10 I would!”
