“We liked the reception collocated with the dining area. It had a coffee shop feel but offered more including a bar. The quality of the hotel seemed superior and a better value than many in the immediate area. The hotel is around many not-so-upscale bars that are frequented by younger clientele. It is also within an easy walk to a good selection of restaurants, many of them cheap eats and local hangouts. The room itself was very comfortable, modern and well-wired for electronics. We had one of the cheaper rooms and found it comfortable. We wanted to extend, and although they didn't have any vacant rooms, they held our bags until we could decide on another hotel.”

“The hotel operates on minimum staff. Before you arrive, you receive an email which gives you a code to enter the premises. Next you check in through an unmanned terminal next to the front door. During the day, there are staff to assist. The terminal, once payment confirmed, gives you your room number and a separate code to reenter the premises for the duration of your stay. Sounds complicated but you get used to it quite fast and learn to appreciate the security of the system. Room was great and much larger then I am used to in Europe.”
