“A splendid grand old building, with modern facilities, in an excellent location in Interlaken near the main railway station (Interlaken Ost). The staff are obliging and the architecture is just delightful, as is the location. The restaurant has excellent food but is rather expensive (but it is a 5 star hotel, so this is perhaps not unexpected). The waiting staff in the restaurant are very helpful. My room overlooked the river, and the hotel is very close to the Harder Kulm Railway, one of the main tourist attractions in Interlaken.”

“Excellent location warm and cosy great size room, lovely plush towels. Staff excellent, facilities good, if going again would request a high room as people were smoking below outside and the smoke came into the room. Room very large with a perfect Veiw of Jungfrau.”
