“A wonderful cosy home. The accommodation is a converted house so the limited number of rooms (7) allows for a warm and homely atmosphere. Service is excellent and you will get all the attention and help you need. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Breakfast was special. Parking is available just outside the main gate. Location is excellent for exploring Selkuk on foot and the surrounding area by car. Thanks to Ali, Okyay, Erdem and Sevgul for making us feel so welcome during our 5 nights at Livia!”

“This is a really nice hotel and worth it. The hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the temple and about 5 minutes drive to the Efes.The facility there are new and convenient.The room is spacious with a clean bathroom where you can have a Turkish shower. There is also a lovely garden for us to have a rest.The breakfast is great with handmade jams.The host is a really nice person and the staff there are really helpful. He told almost everything about Selcuk town to me which is helpful to our visit there.”
“The location is fantastic, central to some sites that are in walking distance, and near to the bus station too to travel to other tourist sites. The breakfast was divine, homemade goodness, and a great portion to start your day. Staff were very warm, friendly and helpful with information and services. I was offered a ride to the train station too, onto my next destination. I would most definitely stay again.”

Just the hospitality of Okai and the rest of the staff made our stay in Selcuk so very special. The room was clean, modern and stunning.
