“Stunning hillside location with view of the lake just in sight. Peaceful. Obviously a popular place for the local community to eat in the restaurant. Food was of a high quality even though one night the waiter insisted an obvious cake was tiramasu when it wasnt. If your a wine connoisseur then this is the place for you. They have their own cellar and obviously know a lot about the wines albeit they are pricey. Overall a good 3 night stay on our motorbike tour. ”

“Family run property situated above Lago di Como. Path to hotel is scenic, but better watch the road. Very nice hotel, simple but comfortable rooms and nice staff. Recommendation: take you dinner at hotel restaurant. One of the best in the area. We ate excellent pasta and drank nice wine. Breakfast is good and coffee is just what you need to start your day. Hotel has in front spacious loan that allows you mesmerising view of the lake.”

“The hotel was clean and tidy whilst the evening meal in the restaurant was very acceptable. The breakfast equally was very acceptable. The location was either good or poor depending on your personal preference. If you like an out of the way location in the hills it was ideal but if you wanted easy access to Lake Como it us poor. It is a 15 minute drive around hair- pin corners and then you have to park ! There is a path down the mountain but it is neither for the faint hearted or unfit being extremely steep and uneven.”
