“Very friendly and helpful host, comforatble bed and nice breakfast! We stayed in the smallest room, so room and bathroom is bit tight, but all is good and bed comfortable. Parking is on the street, maybe a bit a tricky with the curvy narrow street, but the host was there to help! Note the turnoff from the main street may look like pedestrian, but look out for the sign 'Villa Moderan".”
“We travelled by car and for us this hotel became excellent place for Genova sightseeing with parking possibility. Short nice walk and you are in the park and sea, rail station is in 5 minutes and 15-20 minutes by train to Genova and you are in the city center. The house belonged to lonely woman and her last will was - church will be the house owner and house should belong to people. So the house became the hotel under church wing with very friendly and helpful young couple. Thank you very much!”
“A nice family and a calm/mini hotel. Breakfast was good, but I got used to have vegetables, more meat etc. However, nothing to complain about. They also have kitchen, if you like something special for breakfast, you can cook yourself. We could wash our clothes there. The terrace is nice too. 5 minutes to the promenade. And I loved two cats living in the host apartment. You will fell in love too.”

“Fantastic stay. Absolutely no faults at all and such good Omelette and Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Nothing at all was a problem for our hosts with lots of suggestions of where to go and where to eat, and where to be careful. A very clean and pretty place to stay and we wish them all the best.
