“WE asked to a reservation in the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was closed for annual holidays. Why didn't they tell us when we booked. What a miserable experience it was, staying here. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted something special. I was charged €98 via booking.com. If I had booked direct with the hotel, I would have paid €60 Is this giving me value for mony? I don't hink so. I might just have to start booking my hotels with another agency.”
