“The managers went beyond the expected and drove us down to a restaurant for dinner, having arranged booking and picked us up when we were finished . ( we had arrived late by train and there were no taxis ). Incredible service . We also left our train tickets in our room on departure and staff tracked us down through the car rental company we used. Amazing 😀😀”
