“Renovated rooms in block 5 were super comfortable, cosy and quiet. Bathroom looked aged, rest of rm great and included good heating, fridge and microwave. Gym and laundry onsite as well as heated pool and bar. Staff were very friendly. Requests for service such as an additional blanket were completed instantly. Great hot breakfast buffet included. Grill bar filled with locals and a warm atmosphere, with good happy hour on food 4-6pm. 10-15min walk to the Main Street. A warm, homely place with, as a bonus, a price point below the hotel avg for Los Gatos.”

“NOT LIKE The chemical smells in the room were overwhelming. Even my hair smelled like the room. I had the feeling the carpet had been cleaned and the bedding sprayed for a fresh smell. I was wheezing during the night and my eyes were swollen. I kept the sliding doors open until after dark. The mattress was worn, not comfortable.”
