“This was my second stay at Los Guardeses. I will definitely return if in the area again. The staff and reception are warm, friendly and helpful albeit not fluent with English, but that did not diminish the hospitality whatsoever. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable, with good quality bedding, linens and towelling and toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Wifi is good and there are sufficient plugs in the room for two people's electronics. Breakfast is not elaborate but there is certainly choice enough; it is fresh, nicely presented and can be taken in the cozy breakfast room or on the garden patio. We were fortunate to find street parking directly outside the entrance, on both visits.”
“A welcoming hotel that replied to my queries by email about traveling with the dog. The hotel is full of character. Good sized room with toiletries provide. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was of good quality with various choices. The reception staff suggested an excellent nearby restaurant for Sunday lunch. Nothing was too much trouble although they were very busy preparing for a wedding party. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the Santander ferry port. We would definitely stay here again”
“We only stayed for one night but found the staff and situation of the hotel just perfect. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area and had a lovely seating area outside. We had eaten earlier so did not use the restaurant. There was a nice choice at breakfast and we liked the fact that our motorcycle could be left in a locked and secure area.”
