“Everyone doing excellent jobs especially the front service Richard Han and David Ryu who help us recover the phone which my colleague left at the taxi cab. Two hours to recover but it’s timely for an early check in. The front desk staff are well trained and we just check in about three minutes and check out for two minutes. The room given to us was neat and spacious and the beds are comfortable.”
