“Breakfast was top. Free buffet with plenty of choice, you can toast cheese and ham sandwiches. It's eaten in a corner of the large stylish lobby (a place in stark contrast with the rooms). Staff is friendly, and understood Spanish (some even some English). Although the place itself is situated in a depressing, unattractive area, it must be said it's a <10' walk to one of Porto Alegre's 2 main transport hubs (Rodoviária bus station/metro), getting you to the airport or to Mercado (centre) fast and cheap.”
