“Excellent staff and an amazing hotel. Incredibly friendly and overly accommodating. If you have a family with younger children they have an amazing indoor pool right next to their terrace where you can order a drink, enjoy the view of the lake, and still keep an eye on the kids. The rooms are stunning, well maintained, clean, and all have great views. Great breakfast with excellent service. The only issue is that the hotel is on a hill and has no direct parking. Be prepared to walk a short distance with your luggage uphill to the hotel entrance. But all in all worth it!!!!!”
