“The reception staff both in email and person went the extra mile to sort out my needs ( husband suffers with Alzheimer's ). As with most hotels we have stayed in, a comfortable high back armchair in our room would have been nice, but few seem to think of this. However, everything else was fine. The hotel was extremely convenient for a family funeral we were attending, and staff helpful with directions & map print out.”
