“This was a pleasant surprise. We had a frustrating start to our stay with our airport shuttle not turning up. When we arrived at The Magic Castle Hotel, the guys on the front desk were so helpful and our check in went smoothly as they could see our stress. The room was basic and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was a little noise from around the pool, but it quietened down quickly. Location was great for access to the tourist parts of Hollywood.”

A special thanks to Manager Chris and other front desk staff including Jessica, Alexandria, Brian and Oliver for making as feel so welcome. The staff could not do enough to make our stay the friendliest we experienced in the entire country. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary that was acknowledge with champagne and cake on arrival. A special touch that was very much appreciated. This is a family hotel that goes way beyond normal hospitality when catering for the needs of their guests.”
