We loved the hotel for the uniqueness of its deco, the comfort of the bed, the helpfulness of the staff, and its closeness to all the sites we wanted to see in town. Masion Santa Isabella really saved us from our nightmare the first night at Riobamba and we ended up staying one extra day.”
“The hotel is charming and if your travels take you to Riobamba it's a great place to relax. The open air atmosphere with small courtyard is a nice escape from the street noise which can be a distraction. I traveled to Riobamba for my sons wedding. I liked that I could easily get a taxi; we ended up having the rehearsal dinner at the Mansion. They have a lovely room that seated all of us about 35 with enough room to move about! The food is good generous servings and freshly prepared. It's an easy walk to the market and I felt safe walking alone on the streets. Ben the owner is a charming welcoming host! I'll be back.”

The hotel is in a good central location close to lots of sights. The presentation of the breakfast was very good, although the contents disappointed.”
