Fantastic sea view if you book a room with a sea view (strongly suggest. It's worth paying more). Beautiful beaches close by. Friendly and helpful staff.”
“Pleasant view from our balcony in Macinaggio. Beautiful little fishing village in North of Corsica. Great mussels or moules in french at the seaside restaurants, good tourist shopping, good place to veg out. Excellent Corsican wines by the half litre available at all restaurants. Its a 100 year old well restored hotel, staff helped with bags, no lifts. Good clothes market on Saturday's. Walking distance of everything. daily seafood market which was really interesting across road.”
“A smaller but busy town on the Cape de Corse. A beautiful location for sun & tranquility. It becomes very obvious after a few days that there is a kind of a cartel operating here. The hotel serves breakfast but if like me you opted not to avail of it & go for coffee instead you'll see it's the same people who operate that venue. Likewise the cafes & restaurants along the promenade - if one gets busy staff are summoned from a less busy location further down! Supermarket & post office easy to find.”
