“酒店内部不禁烟，满楼道烟味，无法忍受，地毯全是污渍，整体感觉卫生很差。服务人员态度还不错，但反应迟钝，可能跟人手有限有关。餐饮就别提了，自助餐非常非常一般。不知道五星级是怎么来的，从没住过这样的五星酒店，充其量三星级别，说是培训中心也不为过。不过，沈阳这个城市整体感觉都非常落后，服务水平差，出租车也是黑车很多，欺诈行为很普遍。所以，酒店这个水平也在情理之中。”
“Zimmer sehr sauber, viele Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch (Raucherfreundlich), das Frühstück (16€) ist sehr vielfältig (asiatisch / europäisch) und frisch zubereitet, im Lobbybereich gibt es verschiedene kleine Läden und mehrere Restaurants. Taxis stehen permanent vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Das Hotel hat 2 Geldautomaten im Lobbybereich.”
